Trillium Shore LLC are builders of fine custom homes in the Grand Traverse Bay area of Michigan. We design and build innovative, energy efficient homes that stand apart in quality and detail. At the same time we know that most of us are without endless resources and that the budget must ultimately drive the project. By efficient use of space, careful planning and product selection, together we can raise reality as high as your dreams will take you.
My wife Nikki and I moved to Traverse City in 2003. Both of us grew up traveling north for the weekend and like many we couldn't think of a better place to live and raise a family.
I have formally been in construction for ten years or so but have been kicking around job sites for as long as I can remember. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in graphic design I returned to Michigan and spent some time in corporate life. The chair got the better of me and I left to pursue a career closer to my heart. Slivers, callouses and flattened fingertips replace water cooler chatter and cubicles. Here I am doing what my father did, turning lumber into homes. Nothing's better than the smell of fresh cut wood.
